We start with an in-depth Business Processes Review, which provides a comprehensive consult to help identify gaps and opportunities, delivery of a detailed report of recommendations and prioritization of recommended initiatives. We will also recommend additional software to fill gaps and/or eliminate manual tracking and reporting of information.

John brings over 30 years of manufacturing software experience with consulting, analysis implementation, training and support. He has been involved with over 125 implementations of Sage manufacturing software, including Work Order, JobOps and Sage Manufacturing for MAS 90/200, Sage 100, Sage 100c and Sage 100cloud. He has served as the Managing Partner for Enterprise Software Consulting for three successful Sage business partners with manufacturing specializations.
In addition to her direct consulting experience with implementation and training for manufacturing software, Jane brings the perspective of working on the inside for the publisher of the manufacturing software. Jane has over 25 years of experience with manufacturing software development and consulting, and has been involved in the implementation of over 150 software implementations. Her expertise is in Business Process Reviews, change management and best practices.
Michael has the perspective of working in the manufacturing industry where he was directly responsible for production and improving the efficiency of operations. In addition to his extensive experience with Sage manufacturing software through the years, he has worked with many enterprise-level ERP systems, such as Sage X3, Syspro and Oracle. He is a Sage certified manufacturing consultant with over 20 years of direct consulting experience.
Kim brings over 25 years of business, financial and operations background to Next Level, including significant manufacturing experience. She played a key role in the manufacturing and accounting systems implementation for a custom plastic thermoforming manufacturer. She also has experience implementing inventory controls, including the management and optimization of stock levels for multiple locations. Drawing upon her CPA background, Kim is skilled in identifying controls which may be lacking in production processes and related integrations to financial systems.
